The Know Thyself as Soul Foundation is sponsoring free monthly classes at the Unity of Tucson Annex, with topics focused on the journey of the soul. “We’re so looking forward to presenting these classes to the community,” says facilitator Susan Thompson. “The topics range from bringing God into daily life to the subtle difference between the soul and mind.” The foundation for the themes comes from ancient teachings known as the “view of the saints.”
“These teachings are compatible with all faiths,” explains Thompson. “There is a common thread uniting all the great religions and paths of the world. Through this common thread of love, service to others and devotion to God, we begin to experience the interconnectedness of all things.”
The first class, 7 Habits for Progress, will be held March 10. Benefits of a Plant-Based Diet is the topic April 14 and Soul’s Relationship to Mind will be presented May 12, all from 10 to 11 a.m.
Location: 3617 N. Camino Blanco, west of Craycroft/River, Tucson For more information, call Susan at 520-603-1558 or visit Santmat.net.
