Transformational Medicine, PLLC and Counseling Concepts, LLC, of WellnessFirst!, have joined together to create Transformational Concepts, PLLC, and will host an open house from 1 to 3 p.m., November 15 and 28. The events will include refreshments, brochures and information on their self-pay program.

Transformational Concepts is also offering a holistic, integrative, outpatient approach to healing addictions, and is accepting applications to its program which will begin on December 14.

WellnessFirst!’s Dr. DeeAnn and Zach Saber were nominated for and won the award for the 2015 Service Firm of the Year by the Minority and Small Business Alliance of Southern Arizona.
