Learn about physical fitness, heart health, medical equipment, speech, hearing and podiatry, and take advantage of a free blood pressure clinic. There will also be food trucks and an opportunity to win a $100 gift card.

    

The volunteer Health and Wellness Committee spends hundreds of hours to bring this important event to the residents of Del Webb and Vail community. They advocate for healthy aging that includes exercise, reasonable nutrition, mental stimulation and numerous fun activities. Healthy aging is described as a continuous process of optimizing opportunities to maintain and improve physical and mental health, independence and quality of life throughout the life course.
