Art Workshops Help BICAS Make Tucson More Beautiful

BICAS Art Committee, a program of Bicycle Inter-Community Art & Salvage (BICAS) in Tucson, is once again hosting art workshops. These workshops are different from their weekly art drop-in hours in that they focus on a specific lesson, and often collaborate with other artists to teach workshops.

As a nonprofit, proceeds from art workshops go to fund the art program, which works diligently to salvage as many bike parts as possible from the waste stream and repurpose them into beautiful pieces of art. They also host weekly art drop-ins for the public, host art events for local artists and so much more.

The BICAS art workshop space is located in the back of BICAS and will be periodically hosting a variety of workshops every month throughout 2024. Check out the BICAS website to see what art workshops have to offer.
