Restorative Yoga and Singing Bowl Relaxation
Relax in supported gentle poses while listening to crystal bowls
A passive and slow practice using props to profoundly support the body for maximum support and comfort. The body will gradually open and release tension in each pose over a 5-10 minute period. It is suitable for all levels of practice and can accommodate special needs. The practice aims to soothe the nervous system, regulate breathing and heartbeat bringing the body and mind back into balance. The session includes the deeply relaxing experience of singing crystal bowls by Darlene Schaeffer.
