This 5 hour course is designed for therapists working with clients across the lifespan to explore the neurological state of play. Research confirms the benefits of play not just for individuals but also whole communities. Play is reported to increase self awareness (interoception) and decrease pain and is important for all ages. This is a hands on course that will use group, partner and horse work to delve into various topics around play including sensory safety, pain, multigenerational play and more.
