Partner Yoga
Supportive poses for you and a partner

Practice yoga poses (asanas) together, assisting each other to release, restore, unwind and find greater openness. Partners are guided to support each other and communicate so each person receives what is appropriate for their body. All levels of practice are welcome to attend, although some yoga experience is helpful. Led by Marty Twichell, E-RYT500, YACEP, assisted by advanced teacher training students.
