In honor of Valentine’s Day, Dr. Michael Uzick will be presenting a can’t-miss heart health workshop, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., February 16, at Genesis Natural Medicine Center. There are things you can do to prevent and reverse heart disease.

Areas to be addressed include diet and lifestyle, as well as nutritional approaches that have demonstrated significant benefit in the medical
