Nestled under the ancient Tucson Mountains, a new sacred space, Magdala Sanctuary, has opened as a spiritual retreat location, ceremonial setting for small events and weddings, B&B for spiritual travelers, healing venue and teaching center.

Upcoming events include a Dia de los Muertos meditation at 7 p.m., November 2; New Moon in Scorpio at 7 p.m., November 13; Full Moon in Gemini–Lunar Eclipse at 7 p.m., November 28; and Sunday evening meditations and peace circles. Proprietor Amari Magdalena is a shamanic practitioner, Reiki master, ordained interfaith minister and ceremonialist of 20 years. She is also the author of Beyond the Four Agreements: Mastering the Inner Shields of Transformation.
