“Peppermint Jim” Crosby is a fourth-generation grower and artisan distiller of mint essential oils. He earned his nickname at a young age growing up on his family’s farm that was established in1912 by his greatgrandfather in Michigan. A century later, he now grows the same mint in southern Arizona.
