Dr. John Keifer, DC, of the Keifer Wellness Center, is hosting a Mini Health Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., February 1, celebrating 33 years of service to Tucson, where there will be a lecture, refreshments, demonstrations, chair massages and abundant educational literature.

Guests will see the latest “wholistic” healing modalities and techniques, including cold laser and PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic frequency), which offer rapid pain relief, wound healing, reduction of inflammation and other benefits; and Self Mastery Technology (<st1:stockticker "="">SMT), the use of pulsed visual and auditory stimulation which research has shown to be very effective in the reduction of stress, migraine and other headaches, insomnia, depression, pain reduction, induction of meditative states, improved memory, balancing of neurotransmitters and muscle relaxation.
