Tubac Healing Arts Center, in Tubac, will offer a 200-hour yoga teacher training program from October 2015 through May 2016. The program will provide participants with the techniques and tools to become a yoga instructor. 

Over the course of 16 weekend trainings, instructors Kathy Edds, Dr. Cynthia McSwain and Jaimie Perkunas will guide participants in refining their practice, deepening their understanding of yoga and learning to teach and share their passion. Participants will practice asana, pranayama and mantra, learn structures for contemplative practices and meditation, learn anatomy of movement, ayurvedic lifestyle, methodology of asana and breath and how to teach yoga.

No prior teaching experience is required to participate. Discounts and payment plans are available with early registration.
