As Counseling Concepts, LLC approaches its eleventh year in Tucson, founder and metaphysician, Dr. Jo Ruddy, along with board licensed counselor Jodi Hardy, are happy to announce they have joined the team at WellnessFirst! This alliance provides the opportunity to help people in a more holistic way, by utilizing the expertise of the other practitioners at WellnessFirst!

As a metaphysical life coach and clinical master hypnotherapist, Ruddy specializes in the study of the unconscious mind, where all emotions, memories and addictive patterns are held. Her solution-focused orientation enhances her ability to hone in on core issues. With compassion, wisdom and humor, she guides individuals toward empowerment.

Hardy follows an eclectic array of therapeutic modalities to enhance her clients’ ability to move forward. In addition, she uses hypnotherapy to promote healing. Hardy specializes in working with women and children, and uses compassion and understanding to help individuals heal at the core.
