WellnessFirst!, an integrated wellness center providing a variety of alternative healing modalities and educational opportunities to the Tucson community, has recently welcomed new practitioners to its team—Vonnie Schultz Albrecht, RN; Lyla Sisson, LMT; and Charles Knouse, DO.

Albrecht offers 35 years of healthcare experience to her clients of Very Special Alternatives. In her 19th year of colon care, she ensures an individualized, whole-health approach in a confidential, relaxed and safe environment.
