Located in the food court at Foothills Mall, Dosa Express is now offering gluten-free, vegan and omnivore-friendly food from the south of India. The East Indian restaurant specializes in reasonably priced cuisine of Southern India, while most other Indian restaurants in Tucson focus on North Indian cuisine.

“Dosa Express features the South Indian Crepe known as a Dosa,” says James Garnham, CFO. “Dosas are gluten-free and can be filled with almost anything. They can be savory or sweet.” Dosa Express features many vegan and vegetarian items, along with some meat items such as turkey, chicken or egg. They serve a homemade soup known as Sambar, and often have specialty rice items that are not shown on the menu.
