Sound Therapy Now Available at Navillus Bodywork
Tara Sullivan, licensed massage therapist, now offers SomaEnergetics sound healing at Navillus Bodywork, in Tucson. Sound therapy using tuning forks is vibrational medicine that can harmonize and clear blockages from the human energy field and repair DNA. She offers stand-alone healing sound sessions or as an add-on to therapeutic massage. Clients can take advantage of a special introductory offer of a free 15-minute sound healing session with the purchase of a one-hour therapeutic massage.
The benefits of sound therapy include: deep relaxation, stress relief, balancing of the nervous system and a sense of mental clarity. Sound healing enhances the effects of massage and aids meditation and dreamwork. Clients often feel a sense of lightening of their consciousness after a session, as if a veil has been lifted that was previously obscuring their senses.
Sullivan is committed to providing a tailored treatment to each client and through her desire to help others has pursued this modality and integrated it into her massage therapy and bodywork practice. Sullivan has been practicing energy medicine for 18 years and massage therapy for nine years. She started Navillus Bodywork six years ago to pursue her dream of helping others. She is also an artist and the creator of Lovin’ Light Glass—hand-painted, upcycled glass art.
