Loretta Carlson, event coordinator with E.P. Salsa & Catering, provides delicious and reasonable catering for groups as large as 200 to 300, including all services necessary, from set-up to clean-up. Formerly El Parador Restaurant, the family owned and operated business specializes in Mexican and American foods, as well as Middle Eastern, Italian and more. As a special offer, those who book a catering service will receive a complimentary half gallon of salsa and two bags of chips.
“A breakfast or luncheon for a company’s holiday party is a great way to celebrate and saves money because there is no liquor involved,” suggests Carlson. “Exchange gifts and have a special breakfast or luncheon, where you take the rest of the day off after lunch—it’s a great way to celebrate, and the dates are usually more open and available.”
Carlson has over 42 years of experience and knowledge on how to plan gatherings from weddings to grand openings. For any meal of the day, the catering company can host at their location, the Shrine Center, or at any venue desired. E.P.
