Casas Adobes Congregational, an open and affirming Congregation of the United Church of Christ, celebrates the Advent season with many offerings of spiritual and meditative worship services. All are welcome to share in prayers, music and fellowship. Join Casas Adobes in celebrating the Christmas spirit at the following events. 

Four Sunday Advent Services will be held at 8:15 and 10:15 a.m. in the Church Sanctuary. December 2, Advent 1, is Hope Sunday, followed by a Wassail Celebration (9:15 a.m.) and the Sunday School Advent Fest (10:30 a.m. to noon). December 9, Advent 2, is Peace Sunday. December 16, Advent 3, is Joy Sunday, with a Christmas Cantata and Manger Tableau. On December 23, Advent 4, they’ll celebrate Love Sunday.

On December 13, Taize service will be held at 6:30 p.m. A Silent Christmas Service will be held at 12 p.m. in the chapel on December 19. Finally, Christmas Eve Service will be held on December 24, with an interactive family service at 3:30 p.m. and a service with carols and candle lighting at 8 p.m.
