To celebrate the 7th annual Worldwide Aquathon Day, bringing awareness to the benefits of water fitness for people of all ages and abilities, TherapyAqua is hosting a free event at the Tucson JCC from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., November 9. The public is invited to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the pool.

The day will be featuring fitness coaches Colin Easom, Mike Lorimer, Pam Crocco, Hannah Gomez, Elaine Garcia and Connie Harrison Lagerhausen, who will showcase many aquatic exercises including Aqua Cardio, Aqua Rhythms, Water Yoga, Cross H2O, GlideFit Boards, Aqua Stretch and more.
