Health & Wellness Guide 2021 Letter From Publisher

Has there ever been a January when we needed a bigger reset than this one? It’s finally 2021, and it just feels different than most New Years. We’ve all just been through a collectively trying year. While our woes are not yet over, the new beginnings that come with every January 1 seem to be just what we need.
Luckily, Natural Awakenings Tucson is here to help with our annual 2021 Health & Wellness Guide. This issue is sure to motivate and inspire everyone in some way or another. Meet practitioners and small businesses local to Tucson who are ready and excited to help you with whatever you need this year.
After the Health & Wellness Guide, there are still plenty of pages full of editorial that cover topics of all kinds—from “Staying Fit in 2021” on page 42, to “Frugal Wellness: Healthy Living on a Tight Budget” on page 58. We’ll talk “Climate Anxiety”, learn to eat to feel and look your best and so much more. On page 38, “Integrative Hospital Care” looks at some of the ways that medicine has been embracing more holistic modalities.
There is truly so much to read and learn about in this issue, and it could not have come at a better time, if you ask me. Our readers keep the directory issue as a reference throughout the year. Be sure to pick up copies for your family and friends, as well!
We so appreciate all of our continued and new supporters—of which we gratefully have quite a few. Thank you to the Tucson community for coming together in these pages, for shopping local and for inspiring others.
