Eagles Wings of Grace International is a faith-based organization that provides clothing and services to women referred by social service agencies in Pima County. These women are ready to enter the workforce, but need help. “We are the second door the women walk through for assistance. For many, this is the first time they have owned clothing related to work,” explains Cynthia Palmer, executive director of Eagles Wings of Grace.

There should be no barriers to finding a job if one has the skills and the desire to work. Most people don’t think twice about work clothes because their closets are filled with them. A lack of appropriate attire can be a real obstacle to a job search, causing individuals to forfeit a chance at achievement.
