Grand Re-Opening of Arizona Lapidary & Gem Rough
Arizona Lapidary & Gem Rough, a year-round gem show, will celebrate its grand re-opening at a new location, 7320 East Broadway, in January. The new location will include more parking, showcases of local gemstone artists and metaphysical classes, products and services beginning soon.
“Arizona Lapidary takes pride in being a welcoming environment to bring visiting family and friends to experience Tucson’s gems and minerals,” says Kadee Kotter, manager of Arizona Lapidary & Gem Rough. The rock shop provides gem and mineral specimens, crystals, metaphysical stones, cabochons, custom jewelry, wire wrapping and lapidary rough from around the world.
Geologist Linus Keating, DSc, set up at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show for several years before opening this permanent showroom. He opened the doors to his “hobby run-a-muck” permanently in 2009.
