Flower Shop on 4th Avenue, offering fine floral arrangements and gifts, will host a flower arranging workshop, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., July 27. Owner Norah Schultz is also offering free delivery for clients who mention Natural Awakenings, a value of $10 or more.

Participants will learn how to arrange in foam in a one-of-a-kind, take-home container, designed by local artist Gailee Wilson. They will also take home a succulent for the pot. Call to RVSP for this class by July 20. Space is limited to eight.

The local flower shop gives personal attention to walk-in customers, offers local delivery, vase recycling, succulent gardens in upcycled containers and vintage gifts. They use locally sourced greens and flowers whenever possible, and flower cuttings and scraps are composted.
