100+ Women Who Care Give to Old Pueblo Community Services

Summer’s sizzle was felt inside the Westin La Paloma Resort as the dynamic and compassionate ladies of 100+ Women Who Care Tucson set another record donation at their July meeting. The recipient was Old Pueblo Community Services, a charity that offers housing, counseling and support services to homeless individuals, helping them to transform their lives.

100+ Women Who Care Tucson’s membership continues to rise and will soon reach 250 members. This powerful and vibrant group is changing the future of Tucson charities and the people they serve. Plan on joining them for a fun and inspiring evening of friendship and giving at their next meeting, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., October 18, at the Westin La Paloma Resort.

The other two charities sharing their mission at the July meeting were Eagles Wings of Grace International, whose vision is to empower women in our community who have experienced devastation transition from poverty to long-term economic independence, and The Child Language Learning Center, a not-for-profit community outreach program that provides early intervention services to children with speech and language disorders.
