What’s your book about?
My novel, Vicissitudes, is about the transformative power of love. My protagonist is a single woman who has completely given up on love when she meets an unexpected stranger who teaches her what it takes to love, without conditions.
 
Why did you write this book?
I wrote this novel to give readers an introduction to the LGBT world with vibrant characters who may seem unfamiliar but are more like them than they imagined. Vicissitudes takes readers into a new world that hopes to educate and open minds and hearts.

What was your mission with the book?
My mission is to educate and spread the message of love over fear.

Tell us a little about yourself.
My name is Kim Green and I am an author and writing coach who recently moved back to Tucson from Atlanta. My goal with my work is to always write about subjects that are unexpected. As a writing coach, I always hope that writers see the power they wield by taking readers to places they have never been.
