Transformational Medicine Welcomes Laura Pichereau
Laura Pichereau
Recently, Transformational Medicine has welcomed a new member to the team, Laura Pichereau. Pichereau is a dedicated bodyworker, nutritionist and personal trainer with a focus on corrective movement patterns. She lets each individual’s body tell her how to combine massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, neural reset therapy, fascial stretch therapy and other modalities for the body’s requirements. As far as she knows, she is the only known practitioner to deliver this type of personally based bio individual bodywork.
Pichereau’s own journey uniquely qualifies her to guide others. From birth, Pichereau was chronically sick with a wide range of ailments, poor microbiome to digest most foods, many autoimmune issues, poor thyroid function, damaged adrenals, chronic insomnia and mini seizures at night. Her journey to heal herself included vigorous athletic programs, nutrition and self-love. Today, Pichereau has rebuilt her microbiome, digests food with ease, is free from all autoimmune symptoms and has resolved prior aliments. It is from this place of her personal experience, skill set and expertise that Pichereau gives heart-based bodywork and designs personal health programs and nutrition plans.
Pichereau has her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and National Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, which is the highest credential within the massage and bodywork profession. She has completed over 15 teaching certifications in areas including strength training, CrossFit, National Academy of Sports Medicine, corrective exercise specialist, aerobics, yoga and nutrition.
