The Rise of Gut Problems
Our gut can alter our entire body. It can influence the way we think, sleep, eat and act, as well as the health of our skin. When our gut microbiome is off balance, it can greatly contribute to autoimmune diseases and emotional imbalances and lead to a general feeling of malaise.
Gut problems are spreading rapidly due to the high stress environments we live in—from pesticides/herbicides, GMO foods, toxic pollution and emotional stress. This is enough to throw anyone’s body out of balance.
Leaky gut and food sensitivities are also becoming a common ailment in the U.S. Bloating, fatigue, abdominal pain, headaches, joint pain, skin problems, brain fog and autoimmune related disease are some of the symptoms that can occur.
Deep healing requires us to attend to all aspects of ourselves and our lives that contribute to falling ill in the first place.
