The college’s approach to education allows students to integrate in-depth information through a creative process, resulting in a uniquely personal experience. The instructors will have their eRYT 500 and continue to bring the ancient insights of yoga into mainstream wellness programs—based on the yoga philosophy viewing health as a unity of body, mind and spirit.
Continuing Education is important to all professions and is another option for yoga instructors, massage therapists and mental health professionals seeking to grow their own knowledge. Professionals requiring continuing education to maintain their national certifications will be able to consider coursework in either therapeutic massage topics or therapeutic approaches for yoga.
Those interested in guiding individuals or groups in managing the health challenges they face, and facilitating their journey back to a state of well-being, should consider exploring the exciting complementary field of yoga therapy as a new career choice.
